The installation guide unfortunately was not as clear as it could be ? You have to put one side of the blind in then push the other side in for it to click , in the diagram it looks like you have to put the blind in at both ends at the same time ? We had so much hassle and being 2.5 meters high it was not straightforward as working from ground level .
