Blinds arrived OK and look good but the mounting brackets had not arrived so I bought equivalent ones from amazon prime that arrived next day. I will attempt to return yours for a refund. The packaging was ridiculously large for 2 small brackets.each in a box full of air. Easy to use an envelope.
