It would be helpful if there was a written instruction with the pictures for installation. Otherwise was ezsy to install ourselves. The blind is very nice and does a good job of blocking out the sun, but the first time we shut the Velux window, the roller cover fell off the blind . As the window is 12 foot up on the ceiling it was not easy to work out what had happened. When I rung customer services I waited over 30 minutes in a queue, but when the customer services finally answered, the lady was very helpful and explained how to fix the problem, even talking me through using her link to use my phone camera to see what part had fallen off. She was very informative and polite and helpful. The blind is working well but still worry about shutting the window in case the cover falls again.
