Unfortunately after fitting the unit from ladder 3.3mt high, it failed to work correctly. Then having to follow the help desk instructions removing the side rails to check the cords, it was found to be twisted. A replacement has been ordered and will arrive in about 10 days, so I’ll have again get the ladder out to install again. For the cost of the unit it is disappointing and to then having to wait 10days for a replacement.
