Ironic I have received this and not received my full ordered I placed on the 25/06/26. One of two items were delivered on the 03/07/26 I ask the courier at the door and he just shrugged, rang vulex customer service who were friendly and helpful and ordered a replacement (though I had to ring the next day as the order hadn’t actually been confirmed) Anyway was told that replacement would arrive on the 97/07/36 it’s the 11/06/26 and it still hasn’t arrived after speaking to customer service on the 9/07/26 and was told it was in the couriers van and should be delivered by the 5pm on the 09/07/26. Rang customer service on the 10/07/26 and told it looked like it was on the van and it might be delivered by 5pm. And still no blind two weeks after I ordered after four calls to customer service, again who were helpful and understandably not the ones at fault since the courier is pap. A side note the blind that did get delivered looks like it had been kicked around the warehouse as the packaging was damaged and torn (though the blind itself was fine)
