I knew from past experience that a genuine Velux blind would be the perfect fit and so it's proved. Apart from the fact that I forgot to order the little brackets needed for an old window... however, your customer service gentleman sorted me out very quickly and even phoned me after to make sure all was ok. Excellent service, and best of all was that my wife was impressed by my workmanship, thanks to Velux.
