Product has not yet arrived. Sales page when ordering online said 3/4 days. Invoice then announced 10 days. Evri tracker says they received parcel 7 days ago. Still not delivered and no notification as to when. Velux failed to answer phone. After 20 minutes went to website as advised by parrot. No help at all.
