Product and website are easy to fit/use. Unfortunately the Parcelforce delivery was poor and I had to collect my blinds 4 days after they should have arrived! If the Velux brand is quality then you need a quality delivery service. I persuaded my neighbour to buy 10 blinds this week…….I sincerely hope she has a better experience.
