My order did not arrive by the day indicated and arrived in fits and stabs several days later. The I tracking information and information from velux was not accurate or helpful. Even when I spoke to a real agent there was some ambiguity as to what was happening with my parcel ( which turned out to be parcels). I have now ordered further velux blinds from an official retailer which were cheaper than the main velux site. Hopefully the experience will be better and they will arrive on time. The real velux blinds are a good quality product and fit very neatly.
