Your invoice system confused me as a member of the public. I wasn't sure that it was informing me it had been paid or was asking for payment. I ended up with two poles when I only needed 1 and four catches when I only needed 3. The packaging of the catches was extremely wasteful, each tiny item packed in separate padded envelopes and then in individual boxes.
