It was a concern that an older window might be challenging to find something to meet my requires as companies generally are less supportive of older products. I needn't have worried.; the numbering system made it easy to identify what was required and it was straightforward to install. If I had a gripe, it was unclear whether I needed an installation kit (as my window had what looked like previous fittings, from the previous owner) and I do feel that almost £9 for a few small pieces of plastic was excessive. Nevertheless, I purchased and did need them as the fixings were different. In summary, the products are expensive by comparison with alternative available options, but after fitting, I'm confident the old saying is largely true: you get what you pay for.
