I purchased blinds direct from velux as I knew I was buying a quality product. Unfortunately velux chose to use evri for delivery which most people in the UK associate with slow budget delivery options. Evri took over 7 days to deliver my blinds. Which let's face it is rubbish however you try and spin it..
