The Velux side of this operation was very good but the delivery by Royal Mail/Parcelforce was awful. A great pity. It was dispatched on 14th & arrived on 21st. I waited 5 hours on 20th Oct & 3 hours on 21st. I have now installed it. Easy except the fiddly business of stretching the side cords of the blind & fitting tiny L-shaped bit into bottom corners. Nice action though! (It's a pleated blind.)
