Removing old blind proved problematical despite excellent instructions/diagrams + videos. Removal of the top cassette was the problem despite following guidance. Eventually I used a broad chisel with padding to protect the glass and pushed it at one end between the glass and blind cassette and then twisted the chisel and it immediately popped out!
