Visited showroom in Glenrothes as we were unsure if we could get an identical replacement blind for GGL window. Staff excellent and explained the order process and advised on additional parts required to allow installation...This was not clear to me on the web site. Delivery courier did NOT ring door bell and part order was left in doorway --I only realised delivery was made via email. No explanation given for part order so I phone Velux who tracked order and established that remainder would be delivered the following day as indeed it was. Courier did not advise me
