Yes, I am so disappointed .. the velux products I ordered are excellent but two things will mean I never order again or recommended your firm 1. Evri .. they are appalling, the way they operate and treat packages and clients is not acceptable (I had to literally search my property for the delivery) 2. (And this is the killer) .. two of my items were tiny, two blind pullers, same product .. these are in their own small box, but they were delivered in separate boxes that were huge in comparison .. that puts the onus of rescuing on the receiver and was thoughtless.
