The blind was left out in torrential rain by delivery service. The box was fully saturated and breaking up. I am drying the contents out to see if that’s effected.

Customers who answer 0 - 6 are Detractors, 7 - 8 are Passives and 9 - 10 are Promoters. The NPS is the sum of % of Promoters - % Detractors.
