Tried to install over the Christmas holiday and there are parts missing. Wasn't sent the brackets or the screws. Also, the plastic clips that keep the string together during installing has been replaced with cardboard. I tried attaching the blind and the carboard unravelled along with the string. I understand this is probably some EU recycling issue but the cardboard isn't very good. Overall really poor experience.
