the photo shown did not reflect AT ALL the product that was supplied. there was no description and so under the consumer selling act the website is illegal. when i questioned the fact that the photo was wrong and there was no description, i was told i would have to pay extra to get the items shown in the photo. i was supplied with items i do not need and not the items i ordered. there was a vague apology, but no interest in addressing my concerns nor sending me the item that was shown in the photo. i am pretty disgusted with the shop and the service.

Our website states the following "With the restrictor in place, the window is still capable of being opened to provide you with ventilation, but if you want to open the window beyond this point and/or release it for cleaning, you need a special key to do so (the ZOZ 011 that you can buy separately)." The photograph on the website is for illustration purposes only. If a key is required this as stated within our product description will need to be purchased separately.
