The ordering was very easy, but it was a real shame that the package was badly damaged, and had been repaired with tape, I assume by the delivery company, Royal Mail, and really was not looked after. Luckily, the actual blind itself appeared unscathed and it was fitted and operated correctly. I suppose this is the risk of having items delivered just before Christmas.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m happy to hear the ordering process was easy and that the blind itself arrived in good condition. I’m really sorry, though, that the package was damaged on arrival. That’s not the experience we want for our customers, even during the busy Christmas period.
