Although we thought we'd ordered the same blind as previously, it was different (as explained over the phone), with inadequate instructions (needed explanatory instrucs. as well as pics) making it unnecessarily difficult to install. The Evri delivery was 2 days late, with no proper updates at all - in my experience they're the worst in the UK (see the recent Panorama programme).
