I was initially on the main velux website and finding the correct blind was very confusing. I then spoke to the customer service department and the lady I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. She told me to come off the main site and go onto the blinds direct site , she talked me through the process of finding the blind that I required. I had previously ordered the wrong blind , and without her very helpful assistance, I would have ordered the wrong blind again. The main Velux site is very confusing.
