Velux Customer Service was superb. Your delivery company Royal Mail are useless. They lied saying they tried to deliver my order but claimed no one was in. Not only were 4 people in but ALL DAY two of us were fitting a new front door to the house, so there is no way they visited my house. I therefore I still do not have my delivery and I have to rearrange it with Royal Mail! Why don’t they just try and delivery it the next day??? Terrible service by your nominated delivery company.
