The manuals should be more information with a lot more words and definitions, not just pictures. This should also be implemented on you web site. The remote control hub Application is very slow (minutes) when waiting to check/confirm the password (allowing you to add a new Device). Also it is strange that you have to add a (KLI)312 controller/blind under "Other devices" and its process is not specified anywhere. But once installed and working the Blind, Wall Contoler and the App Controller are excellent.
