The product was fine, your address details given to your delivery agent EVRI were not !!! My full address is Peter Phillips, 14 Thomas Court, Longden Coleham, Shrewsbury SY3 7EX. However, the adhesive label that you attached to the long white cardboard tube with your Logo on it was cut off to the left side and therefore just showed "eter Phillips 4 Longden Coleham, HREWSBURY Y3 7EX. Even if the label had not been cut off my address is 14 Thomas Court (the number within the block of flats) NOT 14 Longden Coleham (the road alonside which the block of flats is situated !! It was therefore a wonder (and a trbute to him) that your EVRI driver managed to find me without the full postcode and missing Thomas Court.
