Awful service today. Ordered samples 5 days ago in order to purchase 2 blinds during the discount period which ended today. Ordering process online ok but address incorrectly put forward on delivery note hence samples did not arrive in time to order. Assuming you would honour the discount once I got the samples which was no fault of my own I had to endure an extremely difficult conversation on the phone whereby I was meant to feel I had done something wrong. I should have given more time to allow for samples and somehow it was my fault the delivery address was wrong. Untrue. Left with no samples and no discount on order.
