No time window provided for delivery to enable me to be home. Package left through a side gate (we are on a main route for a senior school) package can be viewed from pathway. Gate left open, no note through door to say package delivered. Minimal packaging which had been damaged in transit. Part of order missing with no notification as to why. We went with Velux presuming we would get a quality service but for the £544 we spent it had been abysmal.
