blinds arrived damaged and unusable. velux offered quick replacement which is very appreciated, however its not arrived yet. we can blame the courier for it , however the parcel have not been packaged adequately from the seller. and we created another chunk of landfill ( as i was asked by velux to dispose of the damaged blinds) all at the GREED of the velux of not investing in proper packaging. Disappointing experience.
