The time in takes from placing an order to delivery is to long. If I had taking more time and read your delivery lead times, I would have purchased from another company. The delivery tracker is giving incorrect information. Showed 2 ticks its on its way, next day back to 1 tick. Did the driver return ? Regards Chris Ball
