If you want positive feedback, don't use EVRI as your courier. You are asking for feedback a week after the delivery was due but it's still not here and EVRIs tracking has no update apart from a generic message immediately after they received the parcel from you to say that there is a delay. In my experience they probably apply that message to every parcel they collect.
