Ridiculously difficult to install when you are replacing a former Velux blind but once you've wiggled it into place and screwed in the screws at an awkward angle then the blackout Velux blind works a treat.

Customers who answer 0 - 6 are Detractors, 7 - 8 are Passives and 9 - 10 are Promoters. The NPS is the sum of % of Promoters - % Detractors.
