We were really please with the service. We purchased our blinds sometime ago during a house renovation and have only been ready to fit them now. We opened one of our blinds and found a part had snapped in the mechanism. We thought we may have a difficult situation trying to get a favourable response after such a long time. But we were surprised to get a prompt response confirming a replacement blind would be sent to us. The blind has been fitted and we are very happy with them. Thank you!
