Delivery is taking longer than expected, you have split the order between two different couriers, we have not received some of the order yet. We received lots of e mails from Velux and the couriers but they don’t tell us anything useful !!

As the items in your order were stocked in different locations - in France and the UK - they were dispatched as separate shipments. It is not uncommon for goods travelling from Europe to clear customs more quickly than anticipated, which can result in earlier than expected delivery.
We can confirm that both shipments have now been successfully delivered to you.

To calculate the NPS, we first ask customers to answer the question "How likely is it that you would recommend this company to a friend or colleague?" on a scale of 0 - 10.
Customers who answer 0 - 6 are Detractors, 7 - 8 are Passives and 9 - 10 are Promoters. The NPS is the sum of % of Promoters - % Detractors.
