Packaging arrived very damed (products were ok) - x4 blinds and extras. We blamed Royal Mail. Whilst ordering blinds was easy it was also hard - contradictory I know. Easy to get size with window plate but when it came to type of blind it was more confusing. We ordered blackout blinds (all 2 of one colour and 2 of another - in eluding a fire escape window in each). The fire escape windows came with a double blind - why? How? Ours are older windows but I had to guess to order the blind fixings - there was no prompt. We ordered a pole - great idea but the end fixing does not seem to fit well to the window or blinds. Haas the design changed over the years?
