I rang and spoke directly to one of your customer service team, as a local supplier whom I originally had the windows from only gave me the brochure and no help.... Your customer agent was brilliant, he explained everything to me, and told me exactly where to look on your on line site for a replacement blind. Nothing was too much trouble, a big thank you to him,, unfortunately I cannot remember his name but he was great... Will now order a second blind for the other velux we have as we are so happy with this one. many thanks once again Mr. & Mrs. M Webb
