When I purchased my house it had velux windows fitted in the loft conversion. We were using it as a bedroom so needed blinds so I decided velux would be the best fit. I ordered and fit 3 and was happy with the result. Unfortunately one developed a fault as it would not retract so my intention was to order a replacement. To my disappointment I could not just order the roller to replace the defective one I had to order and pay for the metal runners as well. I telephoned customer service to complain to be told only complete roller and runners could be purchased. Do in this cost cutting time when customers are trying to save as much money as possible I now had a set of runners I do not need and would rather have not had to purchase.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the replacement process. Unfortunately, due to the way the blinds are manufactured and assembled, it isn’t currently possible to replace just the fabric or roller component on its own. The system is designed and tested as a complete unit to ensure proper fit, function, and durability.
