Having paid for delivery of this item it was delayed by Velux and delivery was put back a week. Delivery should have been refunded as a courtesy. The blind when closed has slight ripples when you look at it poss from the fact the window is at 45 not 90 degrees and or material pulley not pulling it fully torte.
