Never had a problem with Velux before and I would have rated them as 10/10, but with mounting brackets send separately, this is a deal breaker for me, multiple reasons not just because it’s arrived after the blind. The blind arrived and I took it to the client and upon opening, no mounting brackets. Selling them as an additional extra, I have no issue with Velux generating additional revenue regardless of how they sell the bracket issue, but sending them separately, Whi made that decision for your operations??? Please review that decision, Madness, I have never looked at other suppliers for blinds but I will now and who knows they may have a worse system, time will tell. I love your products but this bracket issue sent separately is insane.
