No issues with any of the above - only reason I gave 8 and not 10 is that the blind is quite expensive. I\'m very pleased with the blind, which arrived earlier than predicted and was easily fitted.

Customers who answer 0 - 6 are Detractors, 7 - 8 are Passives and 9 - 10 are Promoters. The NPS is the sum of % of Promoters - % Detractors.
