Highly recommended service and product, I would not go to any other supplier now I have bought direct from velux.
Installing the blinds is a bit of a fiddle (especially as they replaced non-standard ones which were falling apart) but the instructions were clear and the new blinds are performing well. Definitely needed the additional mounting kit as these blinds have a proprietary fixing system which they clip onto.
The instructions for the double blind could do with more explanation The first blind I put up was a real struggle until I watched the video You might like to suggest this The double channel bit makes it trickier! There was much sweat and tears!! The second one was much easier
All very straight forward. Follow the instructions to the letter and it\'s easy to fit.
Type of window was easily found on web page but “SiZE” was less obvious and it would have helped me to know how long the list of choices would be when I was ready to search for the second part of the required ident code. Making the window identifier more “upfront “ and obvious. . A good website in all other respects.
