First order left propped up on Kitchen door despite the fact that we were in there at the time. Second parcel a few days later was not delivered despite the fact we were at home waiting for it. No card through the door. We are now waiting for it to be re delivered on Monday Aug 21st.

We have purchased velux blinds over 20 years. Alway buying ‘velux’ genuine products. This blind was to replace another which mal functioned. But the NEW blind was vastly inferior
