Installation became difficult when I reached the stage of trying to install the three screws into each of the vertical elements of the frame. They are very small and in a tricky position to access (behind a protruding part of the frame) - and need holes pre-drilled, which should really precede screwing them in. I required professional help at that stage

I havent received product. And have 22 days to wait for it to be sent again. Not velux fault but courier who sent it back after one delivery attempt.
