Ordered 3 blinds one was slightly damaged and the Staff we dealt with were highly professional supportive nothing was a problem and it was dealt with efficiently and replaced straight away could not fault any of the process so would like to thank them for the great experience would highly recommend
I still haven’t received my order. You have sent me ludicrous automated emails, including two saying my order is on its way, that order being for zero products. It makes you look like idiots.
Payment was a problem. Houses where I stay have names not numbers. The site would not allow the house name to be entered (too long). Kept rejecting my address as incomplete. Eventually resorted to Karma.
Thought the product was expensive when ordering but when it arrived, was amazed at how easy the blinds were to fit, and thought they were great value for money.

This is the third time I have installed a blind, and still I find the process unsatisfactory. Finding the adjustment screws ( said to be either end of the blind unit) is not easy, particularly when directly above one’s head. If available Ibwould use an experienced fitter but in a rural location this does not seem possible. Can you suggest a solution ?
The only issue was the fitting of the two seals between the two fly screens. Not a good design as they keep popping out when operating the screens. Poor design.
