I misread the instructions for fitting - I sent an email which was quickly responded to - I contacted the helpline number and the lady I spoke to went away and came back with the correct instructions from a fitting engineer - at all times being helpful and courteous.
I ordered the wrong ref, was so impressed with the customer service and helpfulness. I\'ve returned the blinds waiting for the sale to re order. Was a bit upset at my mistake but your ladies were really helpful and kind.
I was a little disappointed that we had to wait nearly 2 weeks for this to arrive. Are they not kept in stock? Surely not made to order as they are a standard size/fit?
Mounting points were not included but as it was a replacement I could use the existing ones.

Quick and simple to order and easy to identify the correc t blinds for my windows thanks yo the unique coding method.
New designed blackout blinds, work better (no string to break) but don\'t actually black out, design let\'s light in around top, no screen around roller so light beads around it slightly. Install guides do not make it clear to screw in blind top, unlike old style that only clipped in firmly. Sides very easy to install.
