I have always valued Velux product - I’ve fitted Four windows in my loft conversion. The quality is exceptional!

Really friendly and informative and knowledgable staff when contacted on the phone, unusual these days.

The plethora of Velux websites, all with different product information and selection logic is totally incoherent, contradictory and confusing. Even website and Customer Services were under the impression my selection was not now available, when in fact it was! Shambles. Even UK website was showing prices in Euro\'s and had somehow partnered itself with the Ireland website. And then, ordered goods/parcel, seems to be unable to be delivered due to insufficient delivery address details, because online order form does not have enough available characters! Yet again, absolute crap, as IT Managers and programers have no idea about the \'real world\'. Nothing can be delivered with just a \'post code\'. Wake up. When will anyone sort this out, as it is not just yourselves. Programme probably configured in America, intermingled with SAGE. This has been going on in the Internet/delivery chain right from the conception of the Computer.

website a little unclear for balcony windows, but great to be able to order in RAL to match our room and at a good price. Velux service is always very good, so nothing has changed there

The light exclusion isn\'t as good as the 15 year old one it replaced. This seems mainly due to the lack of a light shield around the roller mechanism which the old one has. The new blind also has a slight mark on the fabric.

One comment I would like to say is why the aluminium tracks have to be replaced .This is a waste and also making the product more expensive. I’m sure the old tracks could be used again and the product re engineered so you could re use the old tracks
