We bought this blind to replace a Velux blind we had had for approx 20 years. The quality of the new blind is much lower than the one it replaced. It also does not operate as smoothly as the old one. Very disappointed.

The two blinds delivered are brilliant. We were very disappointed we couldn\'t get blinds for the older Velux windows that were installed some years ago. A made to measure service would be ideal - even if it was a link between Velux and a recommended supplier.
