The instructions were incomplete. It’s dead easy to install Velux blind but not so easy to replace one, ie taking the old one out. Thank God for amateur DIY videos on YouTube!

Fitting the blind was easy BUT only when I had worked out how, which took me over an hour. Neither the paper instructions nor the online videos are sufficiently detailed to show exactly where the blind should be fitted. This would be so easy to improve.
Really good service and delivery. Have one query - is there any way to best recycle the old Velux blinds that these are replacing?
I was impressed by the advise I received from your customer service team when I was unsure about how to remove the (very old) blind before replacing it with the new one. I am also impressed by how easy it was to then fit the new blind.
Product arrived with wrong parts inside - the guide rails are too long by 5.5cm - and there are no screws (there should be 8) and no small plastic fitting items. So the product delivered to me is unusable. The agent took some minutes to understand my issue with this, but finally agreed to have the correct parts sent. However, these will be coming from Denmark, apparently, and will take time to arrive, Mesnwhile I cannot progress at all with the fitting. I am very unhappy with this situation, and I’m not convinced that I will receive the correct parts, despite my phone call to yourselves. Top quality, the last blind lasted 15years and the new blind was very easy to fit.Easy to order using the reference number on the old blind.
