Great service and help when blind required new window fittings due to age of my windows
Unclear on ordering white option that the insect screen would still be black. Instructions very vague/pictures only that are difficult to interpret including equipment, doesn’t advise how to use the blind. For the price would expect tool torx 15 to be included which isn’t an essential part of a basic toolbox. Customer services not always very quick to understand your query and commenced both times by refuting issue instead of understanding which is frustrating. Rang twice.
The product was replacing an existing blind. The replacement was extremelly well presented with excellent installation instructions. Delivered in advance of the expected date.
The replacement black out blinds are not as effective as the original blinds for keeping sunlight out. Light comes through at the top section of the blind.
When Purchasing a replacement basic blind. (Pre 2013. Nowhere did it say that you need to purchase new fixings. So got our blinds but couldn’t fit them.
