Samples have never turned up? It also seemed to take a long time to supposedly despatch them. So don’t know what’s gone wrong.

The blind is good - but the fitting screws are of very poor quality, failed to grip and the heads \'rounded out\'. Had to replace them with other screws. The delivery from dispatch to arrival was too long.

The Velux touch and gateway are so far unusable and I haven’t been able to configure them so just using the basic controller that came with the electric Velux
