Blind was very difficult to fit and ended up not working having to order a new one as per customer Service who wouldn\'t supportor replace even though it is brand new and never been used.
We ordered an electric blind replacement not knowing that what we had was a solar powered blind. We had advised the codes for the original blind that had stopped functioning and ordered what we thought correct. On delivery it was clear that this was not correct so we have sent it back. We are still awaiting our refund before we re-order. Also it seems that the replacement will have a different remote to what we have now which will be inconvenient...
Packaging was delivered damaged. Product took a lot longer than your website quoted. Price of product was too high for what we received.
