All good with my order but there is functionality left in your app that no longer works even though customers are directed to proceed through the app. This likely needs addressing to avoid confusions.
We have had Velux windows and blinds in a previous house. They are easy to install and they lasted for our time in the house. They were used almost every day. We are hoping that this will be the case in our new home.
Yes, the understanding and appreciation of the problem I experienced with the replacement blind was understood. Another replacement blind was dispatched post haste and fitted yesterday and so far all is well. Thank you.
Easy to navigate to right products for existing windows, we did custom colour on blind and it matches colour of wall paint perfectly, very easy to install.

When I ordered the blind I was told it would delivered on 29th April. We then received an email apologising that it was delayed until 30th. We couldn’t open the tracking until deliver date we were told. Someone tried to deliver it on the 25th. We were in all day but never heard the bell or a knock. We got a card through the door about a missed delivery but no indication of what was attempted to be delivered. We reasonably assumed it wasn’t the blind. When the tracking was available we found it was the blind. But the tracking stopped there! We’ve rearranged for it to be delivered today but no tracking or indication of delivery time. It’s now with Royal Mail we think - hopeless. Terrible service. Total disregard for customers made worse by incorrect and misleading info. You need to find a reliable delivery system. Velux generally - excellent products
